Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors and surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet operational standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies to enhance guest comfort and convenience.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate janitorial equipment safely and effectively.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
- Support other housekeeping team members as needed to maintain a smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
- Proven skills in cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial practices.
- Experience with housekeeping management or supervising teams is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and equipment used in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
