- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records

Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly desirable
