Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times
• Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Foster positive guest relations by resolving concerns swiftly and courteously, enhancing overall guest satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems is advantageous
• Familiarity with resort environments and guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Experience with night audits or administrative tasks related to hotel operations is beneficial
