Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and handle cancellations or modifications
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
- Strong hospitality background with experience in resorts or hotels
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Understanding of hospitality management principles
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Familiarity with night audit procedures
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
