- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Address guest concerns or issues with proactive customer service problem-solving techniques, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to deliver seamless guest services.
