Duties
- Manage nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct detailed night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy in hotel management systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations
- Monitor security protocols by overseeing CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and ensuring safety standards are upheld
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with internal departments
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and incident reports for seamless operational flow
- Support guest services by offering local information, assisting with luggage, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during overnight hours
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel or resort experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Skilled in front desk procedures, including reservation management, guest relations, and handling multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of night audit processes and hotel management software to ensure accurate financial reconciliation
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to manage guest interactions professionally at all times
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and security awareness
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment
