Duties
- Greet visitors and clients promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail handling, and document preparation
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Assist with administrative duties such as typing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's standards of customer service.
