DUTIES
- Cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure (Training will be provided if needed).
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
- Making beds (Training will be provided if needed).
- Replacing dirty linens and towels.
- Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, and notepads.
- Removing garbage, recycling, and room service trays.
- Picking up and returning valet laundry items.
- Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts.
- Upholding the hotel’s confidentiality and security standard.
SKILL
- Push/pull a housekeeping cart
- Stand, walk, or kneel for an extended period of time
- Use hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
