Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out processes, and provide information about hotel amenities.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with health and safety standards, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks such as logging guest information, handling reservations, and updating records.
- Foster positive guest relations through friendly communication, bilingual support if applicable, and attentive service.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations and guest services.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in multi-line phone systems.

- Experience in resort or hotel environments, understanding guest relations and hospitality standards.
