About the Role

We are seeking a Product Content Specialist to support the creation, optimization, and management of product content across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping how our products are presented to customers—from product listings and brand content to marketing assets and customer communications.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong writer, comfortable working cross-functionally, and passionate about wellness. Prior experience in the dietary supplement or health & wellness industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1.Product Listings

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Walmart.
• Ensure product listings meet platform requirements and reflect accurate, compliant product information.
• Review, update, and optimize Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) / A Content.

2.Customer Communication

• Plan, write, and regularly update customer CRM messages, including product education, launches, updates, and brand announcements.
• Design customer messaging strategies that improve engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with marketing and operation teams to ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.

3.Content Development

• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for product detail pages, storefronts, and marketing assets.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure messaging alignment across channels.

4.Market Research & Compliance

• Review product labels and content for accuracy and compliance with platform and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay informed on health & wellness trends, industry language, and consumer behavior to help guide content direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Ability to work on-site at our Montclair, CA office.
• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, product content, or eCommerce-related roles (internships included).
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and persuasive product content in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and eCommerce writing
• Experience in the dietary supplement, wellness, or health industry.
• Comfortable working within brand and compliance guidelines.

Salary & Benefits

• $52,000 – $55,000 base salary performance-based bonus

Pay: $52,000 - $55,000 per year plus bonus incentives. The level, location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience will determine the compensation offered.
