Role Description:
We're seeking a Brand Producer to partner closely with the Executive Producer in supporting the production of motion and photography content across multiple brands. This role helps bring practical production expertise into the creative process, guiding teams toward efficient, achievable solutions while balancing creative goals, budgets, timelines, and operational realities.
The position works cross-functionally with brand teams, agencies, external production vendors, and the internal content studio to improve production execution and strengthen production discipline across the organization. The role blends hands-on production management, operational problem-solving, and process improvement.
Primary Purpose
Support the Executive Brand Producer in managing end-to-end content production across North America, ensuring projects are executed effectively, on budget, and at a high creative standard. This includes collaborating with the internal content studio on in-house productions while helping elevate internal production capabilities and knowledge.
The role oversees operational execution, budgeting, and production management for projects up to $300K, including live-action, photography, post-production/VFX, and hybrid production approaches.
Secondary Purpose
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of scalable production practices that enable faster, more flexible, and more cost-efficient content creation across brands and teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Production Management & Execution:
- Help oversee production workflows from bidding through final asset delivery for motion and still content
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with creative objectives and business needs
- Evaluate incoming briefs and recommend suitable production approaches, including opportunities to leverage preferred

- Attend shoots as needed to represent the brand from a production leadership perspective
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
- Review and negotiate production estimates alongside the Executive Producer
- Ensure budgets appropriately reflect scope, market conditions, and cost expectations
- Monitor and report production savings and cost efficiencies
- Assist with reconciliation, invoice management, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in commercial production, whether agency-side, production company, or client-side
- Strong understanding of video, photography, editing, and VFX/post-production workflows
- Experience managing production budgets and evaluating bids
- Familiarity with licensing, usage rights, and talent agreements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Effective communicator comfortable working across teams, agencies, and external partners
- Practical and solutions-focused mindset with strong financial awareness
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
