We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact integration solutions. If you enjoy leading technical teams and building seamless connections across cloud and on-prem systems, this could be a great fit.
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 2 days remote)
Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-Hire)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of OIC-based integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and automation workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Mentor developers and enforce best practices (security, logging, error handling)
- Support integrations across Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem systems
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architecture standards
- Help with architecting the OIC integrations. Designing and reviewing those integrations. Build the integrations out end to end. (OIC downstream and upstream systems)
- OIC Integrating with Fusion. Both HCM and Finance. AP/AR/GL/PPM
- Design the end-to-end solution.
- End to end integrations to salesforce / field systems / payroll systems (this is all plus)
- 400 integrations tied around those systems
- Build / test / deploy/ enhance integrations
- Experience leading a team/ consultants (task management)
Requirements:
- 7 years in integration development, including 5 years with OIC
- Strong experience with Oracle SOA, OSB, REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON
- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, JWT security frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP, HCM, or SCM Cloud (plus)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
