About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Drive full lifecycle implementations, including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Provide expertise across multiple HCM modules and ensure best practices are followed
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external vendors
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification strongly preferred
- 8 years of experience in solutions architecture or related roles
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Proven success leading full lifecycle HCM implementations

Strong experience across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Absence Management
Additional technical skills:
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Fast Formulas
- BI Publisher & OTBI reporting
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with third-party integrations (UKG preferred)
