We’re looking for a highly organized, creative-minded Brand Producer to help bring best-in-class motion and photography content to life across multiple brands.
In this hybrid role, you’ll partner closely with the Executive Producer and collaborate with brand teams, agencies, production partners, and an internal content studio to make ambitious creative work happen efficiently, strategically, and on budget.
This is a great opportunity for a producer who understands the realities of commercial production, can confidently manage budgets and timelines, and knows how to balance creative ambition with smart operational execution.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end production of video, photography, post-production, VFX, and hybrid content projects
- Partner with the Executive Producer on projects up to $300K
- Review briefs and recommend smart, scalable production approaches
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and production partners to align creative goals with business needs
- Review, negotiate, and track production budgets, estimates, invoices, and reconciliations
- Attend shoots as needed to represent the brand from a production leadership perspective
- Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
- Help strengthen internal production capabilities and scalable production practices across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of commercial production experience across agency, production company, or client-side environments
- Strong knowledge of video, photography, editing, VFX, and post-production workflows
- Experience managing production budgets and evaluating bids
- Familiarity with licensing, usage rights, and talent agreements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Clear, confident communication across creative, business, agency, and vendor teams
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong financial awareness
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
