BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Position Details:
- Location: Mease Dunedin Hospital – Dunedin, FL
- Status: Full-time
- Shift: 7:00am-4:30pm
- Days: Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing administrative support to facilities leadership to include timekeeping, contractor/vendor management, Computerized Maintenance and Management System (CMMS) site management, purchase order and account receivable and accounts payable reconciliation and maintains regulatory compliance documentation and other essential department records. Provides team member training for the CMMS tool.
- Works with and supports facilities leadership by assisting with placing and receiving orders, receiving, and distributing product delivery, coordinating communication, training activities and travel with vendors, contractors, and customers.

- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
