The Registrar Coordinator will work on-site on a full-time basis.
15 days of required training in Clearwater, FL.
Responsibilities
- The Registrar Coordinator is responsible for performing functions in any or all the following modalities: reception, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, bed control, cashier and insurance verification/authorization. Team member will demonstrate proficiency in all of the Registrar modalities within the department.
- Responsible for resolving registrar and customer service issues, processing payroll, maintaining department staffing schedules, assisting manager in providing guidance and direction to the Registrars, participating in coaching/counseling and annual performance evaluations. May be responsible to rotate shifts and take call. Performs other duties as assigned
