What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Coordinator - BayCare Mobile Medical Clinic position at BayCare?
Summary:
- Work closely with the Community Benefit Team, key hospital leadership and departments to provide oversight and development of Community Health Improvement projects and strategies aligning with the current Community Health Needs Assessment.
- Work directly with community partners to engage and facilitate the development of new, or strengthening of, current partnerships to enhance Community Health through innovative and evidence-based programming.
- Will also be a hospital contact person for Community Benefit reporting, working collaboratively with the system Community Benefit Coordinator to assure accurate and timely reports.
- Works directly with BayCare Mobile Medical Clinic.
- Knowledge of local community agencies is beneficial
- Experience supervising interns also beneficial.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Public Health or related field AND 5 years experience in public health or related discipline
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or related field AND 7 years experience in public health
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
