Baumgartner Custom Builders builds high-end custom homes in the Aspen area and we're looking for a Site Manager to support our field operations. This is a hands-on assistant superintendent role — you work directly alongside and report to the Site Supervisor, helping run the day-to-day execution of one or more active projects.
This is the right role for someone with solid field experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, learn how a structured custom residential operation runs, and develop toward leading their own site.
