Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vail, CO, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the daily management, maintenance, and operations of one luxury residence. Responsibilities include coordinating property readiness, arranging maintenance and repairs, ensuring guest satisfaction, vendor management, and upholding the overall quality standards of the residences. Additionally, the Property Manager will inspect properties regularly, handle budgets, and maintain strong communication with guests and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including maintenance coordination and operations oversight
- Guest service and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive guest experiences
- Vendor selection and management expertise, ensuring high-quality service for properties
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate reservations and schedules effectively
- Familiarity with luxury property standards is a plus
- Proficiency with property management software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial but not essential
