Baumgartner Custom Builders is a high-craft residential general contractor building complex, detail-intensive custom homes in the Aspen area. We hold ourselves to an unusually high standard of field execution, trade coordination, and project documentation — and we're looking for a Site Supervisor who takes the same approach.
This is the senior field leadership role at BCB. You own the site: quality, sequencing, trade coordination, and the integrity of everything documented in Procore. You are the primary BCB presence on the ground and the direct link between field reality and the Project Manager.
