We are looking for a hands-on leader to run our Aiea storefront and help us grow our technology and mobility portfolio.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager who values operational grit and creative problem-solving. You will work directly with a hands-on Managing Director to drive sales, lead a technical team, and ensure we remain the go-to experts for the Aiea community.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Associates and Repair Technicians to build a high-performing, knowledgeable team.
- Drive Sales: Implement sales strategies to hit targets and grow our local commercial accounts.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily store procedures including inventory management, merchandising, and retail loss prevention.
- Technical Quality: Support our device repair and battery installation services, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a positive shopping environment and ensure every customer leaves with a solution.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 3 years of retail management experience (including staff supervision and scheduling).
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
- Aptitude: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and a willingness to engage with the technical side of the business (device repair/diagnostics).
- Mindset: A "get it done" attitude with an interest in growing alongside our multi-unit portfolio.
- Education: High school diploma required; degree in Business or Management is a plus.
