Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager located in Aiea, HI. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead and mentor a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and enforce retail loss prevention measures. The Retail Store Manager will also liaise with corporate teams to align store goals with the company’s overall mission and values. You will work directly with a hands-on Managing Director who values operational grit, creative problem-solving, and a 'Give First' mentality toward our team and the Aiea community.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver an outstanding shopping experience
- Exceptional Communication skills to foster positive team dynamics and engage with customers effectively
- Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention and inventory management best practices
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and implement operational improvements
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic business software
- Experience in retail or related industries is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business or Management is a plus
