Role Description
We are looking for a Device Repair Tech & Sales Specialist who is a salesperson first and a technician second. We want to work with a proactive problem-solver who can engage customers, build confidence in our expertise, and sell the solution.
You will be the face of our device repair division in Aiea. Your goal is to diagnose issues on the spot, communicate the value of our premium service, and ensure every customer walks out with a working device and total peace of mind. We will train you on the technical side, but you must bring the energy, the sales drive, and the passion for helping people.
What You'll Do
- Engage & Consult: Proactively greet customers and consult on smartphone, tablet, and key fob repairs.
- Sell the Experience: Confidently explain our warranty, quality of parts, and technical expertise to close the sale.
- Problem Solve: Diagnose device issues in real-time and provide clear, professional repair estimates.
- Execute Repairs: Perform high-quality screen, battery, and component replacements (Training provided).
- Drive Revenue: Look for opportunities to provide additional value, from protective cases to backup power solutions.
