What You’ll Do:
Reviews applications and conducts interviews within legal guidelines and in a timely manner Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline Utilize a range of sourcing tools and platforms to attract passive and active candidates Organizing and attending job fairs, school partnerships, or community events; willingness and availability to participate in after-hours or weekend recruitment activities as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Extends conditional offers of employment to applicants and assists in the pre-placement process. Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics
What You Bring:
Proven experience (3 years) in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a healthcare, corporate, or agency setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-fill roles using creative strategies Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, strongly preferred Professional certifications (preferred): CHCR – Certified Healthcare Recruiter PHR/SPHR – Professional in Human Resources / Senior Professional in Human Resources SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP – SHRM Certified Professional / Senior Certified Professional
Recruitment Experience
3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Proven success recruiting: Allied Health professionals Healthcare administrative/support roles
Experience with high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of: Licensing and credentialing requirements Healthcare compliance (e.g., Joint Commission, OSHA) Union vs. non-union environments
Familiarity with healthcare job boards , professional networks, and clinical program partnerships (e.g., nursing schools)
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong use of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, job boards) Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics Comfort with virtual interview platforms and onboarding tools
