What We’re Looking For:

·        Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate daily departmental operations

·        At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field

·        High School Diploma or GED preferred

·        Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families

·        Knowledge of information systems design and operations

·        Ability to manage performance, conduct evaluations, and implement policies and procedures

·        Physically able to walk and stand extensively

What You Will Do:

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and operation of an assigned area, ensuring departmental goals and strategies align with the organization’s financial and performance objectives. May contribute to budget planning and is responsible for hiring, evaluating, and managing staff.

·        Participate in developing departmental goals and ensure daily priorities and measures align with expectations

·        Supervise departmental operations, adjust staffing as needed, and maintain effectiveness in service delivery

·        Coordinate daily activities ensuring compliance with policies and fostering productive interdepartmental relationships

·        Monitor and communicate performance standards, maintaining accurate reports, and making necessary operational adjustments

·        Oversee clinic business office functions and ensure compliance with policy-driven control logs

·        Reconcile daily charges, payments, and adjustments for accuracy and completeness

·        Assist with the preparation and management of operating and capital budgets; monitor performance versus budget and report variances

·        Perform other duties as assigned
