What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative care environment
- At least one year of LPN experience preferred, especially in geriatric or long-term care
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current Louisiana LPN licensure
- Proficient in computerized documentation and medication administration
- Skilled in starting and monitoring IVs, performing treatments, and communicating effectively with RNs

What You Will Do:
Provide compassionate nursing care to a designated patient population under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Perform a range of direct and indirect care duties to support overall treatment and comfort of patients.
- Administer medications accurately and timely
- Document patient care and observations using computerized systems
- Start and monitor IVs as ordered by physicians
- Perform treatments including dressing changes
- Report abnormal findings and patient status changes to the supervising RN promptly
