What You Will Do:
Support and deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist, fostering patient recovery and independence in areas such as daily living, mobility, and vocational skills.

Deliver prescribed care tailored to age-specific needs and patient goals

Adjust treatments with approval and assist in environment adaptations for patient progress

Conduct patient and family education, including providing home programs

Participate in assessments, reassessments, and productivity targets

Maintain accurate documentation, including billing and patient records per department standards

Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning

Attend team meetings and contribute to discharge planning

Assist in recommending equipment and supplies to enhance patient care

Provide staff training and educational in-services as needed

Rotate across clinical areas and attend mandatory meetings and continuing education for licensure
