Prepare items required for his or her workstation according to instructions from snack bar supervisor. Prepare products assigned to workstation during service. Muist be able to read tickets & execute in a timely matter.
- Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)
- Prepares meats, seafood, burgers, and chicken required for line and special function purposes.
- Carefully follow recipes and instructions and be sure to adhere to proper temperature guidelines.
- Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions.
- Cleans workstation and wears gloves when handling food items.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
- Monitors temperatures in freezer and refrigerator.
- Returns unused food products to proper storage areas.
- All food items need to be wrapped properly, counted, and frozen items pulled for the next day’s service.
- Filter and clean fryers every day and change the oil as necessary.
- Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
- Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices including those related to personal hygiene.
- Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other small wares to the proper areas.
- Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the cooking area and equipment.
- Completes other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Snack Bar Supervisor.

Salary : $30 - $35
