- Job Summary (Essential Functions)
As a food runner you will be responsible for delivering food trays from the snack bar kitchen to the table in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to details and dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to our members’ and guests’ satisfaction and the overall success of our dining operations. The ideal candidate should be neat, respectful, highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)
- Delivery food orders from the kitchen to member tables rapidly and accurately.
- Restock ice cream bars, chips, and other snack items.
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards.
- Remove dirty trays and utensils.
- Clean and restock drink refrigerator, providing back-ups below.
- Sweep and empty garbage at the end of each shift.
- Fill condiments, dressings and other items in the morning and refill during the day.
- Clean up any spills or dropped food items as they occur.
- Sweep the floor, put away condiments and empty trash from service area.
- Aid any employee that needs help.
- Answer members and guests in a friendly manner.
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.
