Multimedia Designer

Bathing Brands, a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments, is seeking an entry-level Multimedia Designer to create video, print, and digital assets for our multiple e-commerce sites and brands. This role is designed for recent graduates or candidates graduating within the next 3–4 months; we kindly ask senior-level designers not to apply.

You'll help shape and support the goals of each project and campaign by developing compelling, contemporary creative that's delivered on schedule. You're curious about industry trends, grounded in film and design fundamentals, and eager to grow. At times, the work will stretch you, but with active mentorship, this role is meant to accelerate your skills and confidence.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing, the Multimedia Designer will collaborate with teams across the company in a fast-paced environment. You should understand how imagery supports branding and marketing and be able to match style and layout to each project's needs. Limited travel (once or twice a year) may be required for trade shows or client visits.

Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for social media, trade shows, showrooms, web, and print.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideasEdit and film videos for promotional materialsManipulate and retouch photos to enhance visual impactDesign layouts for various marketing materials such as websites, brochures, flyers, and bannersPresent design concepts and ideas to clients or internal stakeholdersUtilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for prototypingAt times be requested to create presentations on platforms such as PowerPoint

Skills
Proficient in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Able to quickly create prototypes of concepts (Rapid Visualization).Strong understanding of layout design principles and typography.Skilled in video editing software and techniques.Confident in directing and filming talent as well as products.Experienced in photo manipulation techniques and tools (e.g., the use of A.I. technologies).Ability to present design concepts effectively to clients or internal stakeholdersAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesUnderstand stakeholder needs, vision to be able to plan in advance, and create assets that can be replicated and templatized, increasing work efficiency
