Are you a hands-on problem solver with real-world mechanical or construction-related experience? Bathing Brands — a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments — is seeking a Sauna & Steam Customer Support Specialist to support our residential and commercial clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, understands how things are built, and can talk through technical solutions over the phone and email. This is not an IT or computer support position. Instead, it involves understanding how sauna and steam equipment functions, how it’s installed, and how to help customers troubleshoot and complete projects.
We don’t expect candidates to come in as sauna or steam experts — we’ll train you. What we do need is someone who is mechanically minded, curious, patient, and eager to learn a niche, fast-growing trade.
What You’ll Do
- Provide phone and email support for homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients
- Troubleshoot sauna and steam equipment, installation conditions, and site-specific challenges
- Guide users step-by-step through technical solutions
- Learn how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to maintaining our strong brand reputation for service and expertise

What You Bring
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience
- Ability to learn and understand how physical systems work (heat, water, wiring, installation environments, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay organized and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills for documentation and communication (Microsoft Office)
