What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Marketing Representative position at Bath Pro of Western PA?
Company Overview:
Bath Pro of Western PA is a family owned and operated, Christian based company who is searching for a marketing professional to help us grow! Our main focus is bathroom remodeling, but we do take on other work such as kitchens and other projects for existing clients.
Our Goal:
Our main goal with filling this position is to promote our company and grow our brand, which in turn allows us to attract customers to set leads and close sales.
Job Summary:
-Developing content (ads AND videos) and posting on our social media, website, and email platforms to reach new customers
-Optimize our website to always keep it up to date on photos, information, and current trends
- Designing ads for magazines, direct mail pieces, working home shows, and other various marketing strategies
-Hand writing thank you cards for customers
-Keeping sales Ipads up to date with completed job photos/before and after photos
-Getting both Google and Angi reviews from satisfied customers
-Reaching out to existing customers to generate referrals
-Promoting Kitchen and Bath Pro (we do kitchens for existing customers – we do not advertise it to the general public... yet!)
-Occasional assistance with data entry
Required Experience:
- 3 years marketing experience preferred (but not required)
-Must be creative
-Must be familiar with posting on social media and other digital platforms
-Customer service experience
-Detail oriented
-Positive attitude!
