✨ We’re Hiring: Content Creator & Video Editor (Social Media)
At Posh Social Co., we’re growing—and looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor to support our team across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing content to life—from filming to editing—and wants to work on a variety of brands in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Role Description:
This is a flexible, part-time or contract-based role (with potential to grow), primarily focused on content creation and editing for social media.
You’ll work closely with our strategist and account management team to execute content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
This is an execution-focused role—not client-facing strategy.
What You'll Do:
Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content during scheduled shoots
- Film short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
- Bring creative ideas to life on-site
Video Editing
- Edit short-form video content for social media
- Add captions, trending audio, and basic graphics
- Optimize content for performance and platform best practices
Content Organization
- Upload and organize content after shoots
- Maintain clean file structures and shared folders
Collaboration
- Work from shot lists and content direction provided by strategist
- Collaborate with team to ensure content aligns with brand goals
Qualifications:
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar
- Ability to follow creative direction while bringing your own ideas
- Organized and reliable with deadlines
Compensation:
- Paid per client or per project (aligned with scope)
