About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and driven General Sales Manager to oversee and scale our sales operations. This leadership role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and team performance
- Monitor KPIs and ensure team members meet or exceed goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead conversion
- Manage cancel-save and rehash processes to recover revenue opportunities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Maintain accountability and alignment across the team
- 5 years of home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)
- 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
