- 5 years of Home Improvement Sales experience (in-home sales required; 1-Day Concept a plus).
- 2 years of Sales Management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems.
- Able to travel within Washington State as needed.
