With strong lead flow and an ambitious growth plan, we’re looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales team and drive results in the Spokane market.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and manage appointments from our Inside Sales Team
• Conduct at least 5 in-home sales appointments weekly alongside reps as coaching opportunities
• Support sales reps in closing deals and handling calls in-home
• Track performance metrics and implement action plans to meet goals
• Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain potential lost sales
• Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to re-engage prospects
• Lead ongoing training sessions to develop your team
• Set clear expectations for your team aligned with company goals
  
  

Who You Are:

• 5 years of Home Improvement Sales experience (in-home sales required; 1-Day Concept a plus)
• 2 years of Sales Management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems
• Able to travel within Washington State as needed
