Location: Kissimmee, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account Representative to manage job starts, purchase orders, invoicing, and accounts receivable for our fast-paced construction services company. If you excel at accuracy, communication, and multitasking, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Job Starts

• Create job starts in QuickBooks using correct templates and builder website verifications
• Confirm all color selections and changes in writing—no verbal approvals accepted
• Check for option/color changes at every stage of production
• Upload job start paperwork and plans to Jobber for Field Supervisors
  
  

Purchase Orders

• Generate PO’s for subcontracted labor in QuickBooks prior to scheduled work
• Assign and upload PO’s to Jobber daily for both Orlando and Tampa schedules
• Verify pricing, addresses, and approvals; obtain management sign-off for Internal PO’s
  
  

Organization & Documentation

• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for all builder paperwork
• Use correct community and class codes in QuickBooks for uniform record keeping
  
  

Homebuilder Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

• Follow homebuilder invoice schedules and submit invoices in QuickBooks after work is scheduled
• Monitor accounts receivable daily and follow up on outstanding payments
• Ensure change orders have proper documentation before scheduling work
• Project weekly payment receipts for management review
  
  

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Aptitude for numbers and data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
