What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial client interaction through funding completion
- Oversee and streamline paperwork and documentation processes, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs to production
- Communicate with clients regularly, addressing questions and follow-up needs to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Track and manage office performance metrics (KPI goals: 75% demo rate, 50% close rate, and 4,250 NSI) to ensure consistent achievement of targets
- Serve as a primary liaison between local teams and corporate infrastructure, efficiently responding to customer-related inquiries and requests
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions to develop team members product knowlege, platform usage, and reinforce accountability
- Partner closely with the production team to coordinate installations, manage escalations, prevent cancellations, and track project funding
- Build a performance-driven culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring outcomes, and coaching for continuous improvement
- Lead training and retention programs to enhance team performance, promote professional growth, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Perform additional duties as needed to support operational excellence and organizational goals
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, ideally within construction, remodeling, or home services
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at motivating and leading diverse teams
- Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and achieving measurable results
- Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style and focus on execution
