Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners in designated neighborhoods
- Introduce NWI Baths and explain our bathroom remodeling services
- Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner
- Work independently while meeting daily and weekly goals
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide feedback and updates to management
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or canvassing experience is a plus but not required
- $18–$25 per hour based on experience
