- One week of ride-along/shadowing training with an experienced sales professional

- Previous in-home sales experience is preferred but not required
- Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
