Recruitment and Retention Bonus Structure
New drivers without their CDL who receive paid training from the District:
$500 after obtaining a CDL AND one month of successful driving.
$500 after 6 months of successful driving.
$500 after the first day of the one-year hire anniversary.
Drivers with their CDL
$1500 signing bonus
$500 after 6 months of successful driving.
$500 after the first day of the one-year hire anniversary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess valid clear driver’s license
- Class B CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement
- Must be able to pass background checks and compliance
- Criminal history check (BCII & FBI)
- BMV check
- DOT Drug Test and physical
