We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Scheduler/Office Manager to join our team. Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Builder Trend or similar tools to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to align schedules with project milestones and deadlines
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes or delays, proactively identifying potential issues
- Manage office operations including document control, filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
- Oversee contract administration and ensure all contractual obligations are tracked and met throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize Bluebeam for plan markup, review, and collaboration on construction drawings and documents
- Support project management teams by preparing reports, tracking budgets, and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction scheduling using Builder Trend, or similar construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contracts, and project coordination processes
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations and understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and tools such as Builder Trend,Primavera P6 and ProCore
- Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and collaboration
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage office functions smoothly
- Prior experience in construction management or related roles is highly preferred
