Construction Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Production Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate diverse teams, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communication across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using CRM and other construction management software to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
• Review takeoffs, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and costs through construction estimating techniques while managing resource allocation effectively.
• Lead project meetings for progress updates, risk assessments, and schedule adjustments; ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, compliance with plans, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation including reports, logs, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and enforce contractual obligations throughout the construction lifecycle.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role with a strong background in residential and commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction site operations.
• Skilled in using construction management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline.
• Strong understanding of contracts, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes on construction sites.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors and suppliers; background in roofing or remodeling a plus. Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,186.50 per year
