Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Basil Volkswagen 6179 Transit Rd. Lockport, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive salary range of $55,000-$80,000 (based on experience)

What you'll do:
Greet customers and determine the nature of the service required.
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair options.
Provide accurate estimates and ensure timely updates on repair progress.
Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and managing expectations.
Process customer transactions, including service charges, payments, and warranties.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-ups.
Stay current on product knowledge and automotive trends.
Ensure that all service work is performed in accordance with dealership standards.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or in a similar automotive customer service role.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and service procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of automotive industry tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $55,000 - $80,000
