We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role supports daily dealership operations including billing, DMV processing, customer service, and general office support.
Position: Part Time Office Assistant
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays
What You'll Do:
- Break down and bill all retail and wholesale deals
- Process DMV paperwork, submissions, and corrections
- Scan and upload deal documents into CDK
- Maintain dealer plates and Book of Registry/VERIFI
- Process registrations through Trivin
- Assist with cashiering duties as needed
- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
- Contact banks for title and lien release updates
- Maintain accurate filing and office organization
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting and sales teams
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in an office setting, billing experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with CDK or similar systems a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn dealership processes and grow within the role
- Valid Driver's license
