AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Job Summary
Upstate Auto Group is currently looking for self-driven, experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing family. We offer a generous benefit package including 5 day work week, 401 k, health care coverage, holiday and vacation pay, all with a generous pay plan.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner and perform a vehicle walk around and thoroughly document customers concerns in a manner to allow for proper diagnose and service to the vehicle by our certified technicians
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner. Keep the customer informed of required service, costs and completion times
- Utilizing proper shop flow and technician dispatch
- Assessing customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Valid driver's license
- Work diligently as a team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
- Strong understanding of computer
- Personal and professional integrity
- Above average energy level
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
