TITLE:
Content Producer
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Content Producer is responsible for creating and producing engaging audio and visual content that brings the brand to life across social media, paid campaigns, and product storytelling initiatives. Their duties include concepting, capturing, and editing content for both longform and shortform formats, organizing footage into cohesive deliverables, and adding appropriate graphics, music, and visual elements to ensure high-quality final content. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the social and creative teams to develop content concepts that align with brand initiatives and execute them effectively across digital platforms. This is a full-time exempt position and will report directly to the Director of Content Production
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and produce engaging organic social media content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts
- Develop and film paid media video ads designed for performance marketing campaigns
- Shoot and capture product-focused and lifestyle content for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams on content strategy and execution
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh video concepts, skits, trends, and storytelling ideas
- Edit short-form and long-form video content optimized for platform performance
- Assist with on-location shoots, athlete/influencer content, and branded productions
- Stay current on social trends, editing styles, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content
- Organize footage, manage content deliverables, and meet production deadlines
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms and digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and modern content trends
- Proficiency in video production, camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
- Experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability
- Understanding of what makes content perform organically and in paid media
- Experience with product photography or lifestyle shoots is a plus
- Passion for sports, culture, lifestyle, or digital media is a plus
