TITLE:
Ecommerce Marketing Specialist
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of the company’s online business and website experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with product setup, website maintenance, reporting, and digital merchandising to ensure an accurate, organized, and high-performing online storefront. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or continue building a career in Ecommerce within a fast-paced apparel environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support daily Ecommerce operations and website activities
• Assist with creating and maintaining product listings within the website backend
• Create and manage product information including SKUs, UPCs, product descriptions, pricing, and imagery uploads
• Organize website collections for new arrivals, in-stock items, seasonal launches, and best sellers
• Monitor website functionality and communicate errors, bugs, or product issues to the appropriate teams
• Assist with monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support online merchandising updates and website content changes
• Assist in researching apps, integrations, and tools that improve workflow and customer experience
• Pull and compile basic online sales and website performance reports
• Partner with operations, creative, marketing, and customer service teams to support launches and site updates
• Help maintain accurate product data and ensure consistency across the website
• Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent work experience or relevant internship experience will also be considered
EXPERIENCE:
• 2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce, retail, merchandising, digital operations, or administrative support preferred
• Internship experience, Shopify exposure, or apparel/retail experience is a plus
• Experience with Shopify or similar Ecommerce platforms preferred but not required
SKILLS:
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable learning new systems, software, and digital tools
• Basic analytical skills with an interest in sales reporting and website performance
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
