Pay Information:
Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
External Hires: Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.
Admin Coordinator 2 starts at $28.23 per hour.
Admin Coordinator 3 starts at $30.63 per hour.
Job Summary:
Admin Coordinator 2: provides frontline administrative and clerical support to specialized units. Under general supervision, this role manages a blend of training, workforce programs, and community wellness/education programs. Duties include managing online education platform, invoice management, record keeping for instructors and students, data entry and inter-office communication.
Admin Coordinator 3: serves as a high-level administrative and operational resource for a number of hospital departments, providing advanced coordination, systems oversight, and process improvement leadership. This position independently manages department-specific workflows, supports student onboarding and scheduling, facilitates cross-functional communication, and leads or contributes to department-wide initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:
Admin Coordinator 2 -
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Two (2) years of clerical, administrative or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
Substitution One (1) year of clerical, administrative or customer service experience at BRH or an associate’s in healthcare administration.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
License(s): None
Certification(s): None
Admin Coordinator 3 -
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Associate degree in administration or healthcare.
Experience: Four (4) years of clerical, administrative or customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
Substitution: Three (3) years of clerical, administrative or customer service at BRH or a bachelor’s in healthcare administration.
License(s): None
Certification(s): None
Preference: Preference may be given to anyone who qualifies for the Admin Coordinator 3 position.
