Role Description
This is a full or part time, on-site or remote AI enabled Trade Commerce Internship role. The company is located in Bradenton, FL. Interns will assist in managing trade operations, supporting members and trade requests, creating support articles and outbound messaging, and marketing to promote new member onboarding. Responsibilities include researching market opportunities, contributing to strategy development, and coordinating with members to ensure trade velocity. Interns will also collaborate with the team to optimize processes and drive efficiency in trade and barter operations, as well as collaborate with partner exchanges to propagate marketplace listing offers for inter-exchange connectivity.
Qualifications
- Research skills to determine market trends and excess capacity opportunities
- Organizational and coordination skills for enhancing trades and member engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with members, partners and team members
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with barter and trade platforms or CRM tools is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability to new challenges
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, AI tools, Agentic AI workflows, or a related field
