Responsible for coordination and oversight of technical work, preventative maintenance, record keeping and team cohesions for the Pennsauken maintenance team.

Responsible for coordination and oversight of technical work, preventative maintenance, record keeping and team cohesions for the Pennsauken maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervise, organize and control the technician workflow as well as support production priorities and improve efficiencies including continuous improvement and analysis.
- Competency with CMMS.
- Inspect and verify completed work to include, preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance and other scheduled work.
- Manage incoming service requests created Quality and SHE.
- Work closely with Maintenance Manager and Planner to schedule contracted maintenance and third-party labor support.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
- Provide last line of defense for troubleshooting to assist technicians in more complicated repairs and problems.
- Master the process and the operation of new and existing production lines and their parameters.
- Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP’s.
- Committed to providing a safe food product.
- Works within all regulatory requirements.
- Perform all other related duties as requested.
- Analytical thinking – systematically identifies and understands problems.
- Be Proactive – act before being requested.
- Team Leadership- supervising, training and overseeing scheduled maintenance. First Time Quality Maintenance.
- Special Knowledge Expertise – mastery of mechanical/electrical maintenance functions and make quick decisions under pressure.
